ADVENTURE ON TORAJA

Day 1: Makassar to Rantepao
Meeting assistance at the airport, then a direct transfer to rentepao.

Day 2: Tana Toraja Tour
A full day tour explore Toraja Land, we'll visit the stone grave with tau-tau installed on a high cliff balcony overlooking the green valley of the Toraja at LEMO,The royal family tombs at SUAYA. and then we continue on to royal family tombs at SUAYA. We shall then make a easy walk to see a giant-tree made as burial site for a new born-baby who died before teething at KAMBIRA. then to the traditional carving village at KETE KESU, Natural burial cave at LONDA.

Day 3: Soft Trekking
Trekking deep into the country’s side through the footpath, crossing the river through suspension bamboo bridge and walking passing through coffee and cacao plantation. Enroute you will find a very beautiful landscape, old traditional houses, and stone grave. Overnight at simple villager traditional house (Tongkonan) in which you will experience the life of Toraja people.

Day 4: Rantepao
After having local breakfast, we trek down back to Rantepao. On the way we'll visit the Traditional Toraja village with full buffalo horns in front of their houses at PALAWA, Traditional weaving village at SA’DAN, and the ancient Megalithic stone at BORI. We will stop on the slope of Mount Sesean where you can also enjoy the terraced rice-fields with a fascinating mountainous view at BATUTUMONGA

Day 5: Toraja to Makassar
Leave Toraja for Makassar. Ends of the trip or continue to next destination.
